Morrow appoints Frode Bjørnstad as General Counsel and EVP Legal & Compliance
(Arendal, Norway) Morrow Batteries ASA announces the appointment of Frode Bjørnstad as General Counsel and Executive Vice President Legal & Compliance, effective June 1, 2025.
Bjørnstad brings over 20 years of international legal experience in governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), intellectual property, and regulatory compliance, most recently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Avida Finans. He has held senior roles at Bank Norwegian and EVRY and is a qualified solicitor in Norway.

Morrow is preparing for commercial production of LFP batteries at its Arendal gigafactory, with deliveries scheduled for Q3 2025, and continues to develop next-generation battery technologies at its R&D centre in Grimstad.
